In my reseach you will see two sections : Agile and UML. You should study these before making any comments or recommendations about systems, you should appreciate what business stories are and you should be able to map out suggested processes diagramatically, traditionally as a flowchart.
It came to me after the event that there may be a UML standard for AI so I have tried to find one - which you can now see it in my research, my next task is to review this.
